Our Connections
In March 2022 we joined the Anglican Mission in England (AMiE). This is an internationally recognised fellowship of Anglican churches committed to gospel mission. AMiE is a Gafcon recognised Convocation, a Diocese-in-formation.
AMiE is linked to GAFCON, a global movement of biblically faithful Anglicans.
St Joseph’s Benwell was started in 2016 as a church plant of Jesmond Parish Church. Together with Jesmond Parish Church and Holy Trinity Gateshead we form a family of churches who partner together for the glory of God.
