We are looking to appoint a Minister In Training to help us pursue our vision for disciple making and church planting here in the North East. The role would involve leading and preaching, as well as working alongside our Associate Minister to develop our evangelistic strategy. Previous ministry experience would be helpful, but not essential. The stipend will be in line with experience and training.
St Joseph’s is an evangelical Anglican church in the west end of Newcastle. We are members of the Anglican Mission in England (AMiE) and were planted from Jesmond Parish Church just over seven years ago. The church now has Sunday attendances of over 250, and a staff team of 8.
This role has an occupational requirement for the post holder to be a male Christian in full agreement with our statement of faith and doctrinal distinctives.
